Agreement to Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Our Services

Hammersmith & Fulham Roofing provides roofing services including repairs, installations, surveys, and maintenance across West London. All work is subject to a written quotation and acceptance before commencement.

Quotations

Our quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided and visible conditions at the time of survey. Additional work discovered during the project will be quoted separately.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each quotation. Typically, payment is required upon completion of work. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged.

Guarantees

All our work is guaranteed as specified in your quotation. Guarantees cover workmanship and are subject to normal wear and tear. Material warranties from manufacturers may apply additionally.

Insurance

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Cancellation

Work may be cancelled without charge before commencement. Once work has begun, you may be liable for materials purchased and work completed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work undertaken. We are not liable for consequential losses except where caused by our negligence.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any concerns promptly. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly. These terms are governed by English law.
